Custom Voucher Fields can be created in CommercialEdge Commissions to add any additional information you may need to track for vouchers. These Custom Voucher Fields will show up on every voucher, and can be included in some reports.
Creating Custom Voucher Fields
Go to Settings
Select "Custom Fields"
Click "Add Custom Field" and enter a Title
Repeat step until you have all desired custom fields configured
Choose if this Custom Field will be required before submitting a Voucher
Click and drag the custom fields to re-arrange the order fields will be visible on a Voucher
Once all custom fields have been added to the company settings, they will show on the Deal Info tab of every Voucher.
Inactive Custom Fields
To make a custom field inactive, uncheck the "Active" box next to the field. This will remove it from the Voucher Deal Info page
View all inactive voucher fields, click Show Inactive Fields
