Agents Tab: House Net Distribution Section
Estimated House Net: This is a new field that will display what the total estimated House Net will be based on Outside/PSD and Inside Agent grid entries. This field will also be used to validate the total Override Gross Agent Commission cannot be more than this value.
For Inside Agents with a Flat Split plan, the house net will be calculated using the split percent
For Inside Agents with a Tiered Split plan, the house net will be calculated using the highest split percent for that plan.
Override/Referral Types: How they impact YTD...
Manager Override - Does not impact YTD numbers
Internal Referral - Impacts YTD numbers
Example:
Total Commission: $15,000
Outside Commission: $5,000
Adjusted Commissions = $10,000

Deposits
Manager Override and Internal Referral distributions will be deducted from the Brokerage House's net amount. These distribution amounts can be seen in the "BROKERAGE HOUSE" portion of the deposit preview and deposit recap PDF.
Manager Override and Internal Referral distributions will also be displayed in the agent portion of the deposit preview and deposit recap PDF. The user's name, type of distribution(Internal Referral or Manager Override Credit), and their net distribution amount will be shown while viewing the deposit.
Agent Payments
Similar to other commission-earning users in the system, Agent Payments can be previewed and posted for both Manager Override credits and Internal Referral credits.

Note: If standard voucher commissions are earned within the current pay period along with a net override, Manager Override credits, and Internal Referral credits will be shown on a separate line item. The type of net override credit will be shown on the Agent Payment preview and will be visible under the user's Payment History.

Revenue By Charge Category Report
House Net amount will be reduced for both Manager Override and Internal Referral amounts.
Revenue Per Month Report
House Net amount will be reduced for both Manager Override and Internal Referral amounts.
Agent Performance Report
Only Internal Referral users contribute towards Production.
Both Manager Override and Internal Referral users do not contribute towards Volume.
Production Report
Only Internal Referral users contribute towards Production.
Volume Report
Both Manager Override and Internal Referral users do not contribute towards Volume.
Agent Commission Report
Includes both Manager Override and Internal Referral credits.
