After Generating an Invoice, select "View" under the actions menu on the right hand side of the invoice grid
On the upper right hand side of the Invoice, click the mail button
An invoice will be emailed to the bill to. Any internal agent on the deal will also be sent an email, informing them that an invoice has been sent. *
*Agents will only receive email notifications if they are activated and set up to receive invoice notifications. Click on the settings gear and select "User Notifications" to edit these preferences.
