Requirements

Currently all Affiliate types ("bill to" entities, tenants, sellers, buyers, etc) do require an e-mail address to be added into the CommercialEdge Commissions system. Invoices can be sent directly via e-mail, therefore this information is required to be entered.


Recommendations

We understand that you may not have a tenant's email address and recommend using a placeholder such as an internal e-mail address (info@) in the meantime. Invoices can be sent directly via e-mail, therefore the "Bill To" Affiliate email information is required to be entered to allow this functionality to work correctly.
