Commissions User Roles

We offer three unique roles to help you control security and access to various users within the system. Each role serves a specific purpose, giving you the ability to better manage and delegate administrative tasks.

Each role is designed to serve specific user groups, and can easily be adjusted to meet the changing needs of your business with extended user permissions.


Back Office

A Back Office user has full access to the entire account.

This role is for accountants or admins who manage the system. As the admin, you can view all information for any agent, post accounting entries, and manage all company settings.

Manager

A Manager user has restricted access to specific users or offices.

The role is designed for contributors who assist a team of agents or act as an individual contributor. This role is ideal for those who oversee a team of agents but do not need access to the entire accounting suite.

Agent

An Agent user has limited access to only their deal data.

This role is designed for individual contributors. In the Agent Portal, you will be able to track listings, create new vouchers, send invoices, and run reports for only your vouchers.
